Time & Location

The Bake House, The Old Post Office, 2 Highlands Rd, Cheshire, Runcorn WA7 4PR, UK

About the event

Día de Muertos is the biggest and most colourful holiday in Mexico, and what better way to learn the colours in Spanish than through a Día de Muertos workshop.

Join me at The Bake House for an evening where you'll paint and decorate your own calaverita (skull candy) and together we'll also build a traditional ofrenda (altar) element by element, talking about what each one honours and why. And lastly, for those who wish to fully experience the holiday, we'll take a moment to remember those who have left but we carry in our hearts.

No previous Spanish knowledge needed, just come along with curiosity and an open heart.
